    1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Students: Refunds are available as per refund policy of the Artist / Mentor.
    • Artists: Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered (e.g., content creation, platform setup).

    2. Process for Refunds

    • Submit a refund request through support@shaale.com
    • Provide details of the payment and reason for the refund request.

    3. Processing Time

    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

    4. Exceptions

    Refunds will not be provided if:

    • Lessons have been attended.
    • Services have been utilised.
